Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Exchange Policy

  • If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • The replacement item will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after the return is received and approved.
